Grape Collective is the sales and business partner for selected family wineries and premium wine brands in the German market.

As a matchmaker between producers and customers, we identify and unlock opportunities that benefit both sides. We see ourselves as more than an agency: we are an active partner, personally committed, close to the market and accountable for the results we achieve together.

Our relationships are built on trust and commitment. We act independently, speak openly and pursue shared goals with determination.

We build success for the long term.

Customers & Suppliers
For Customers

Developing business means thinking and acting 360°.

Our work does not end when a product enters the market. Grape Collective actively supports customers throughout the relationship:

  • Advice on building and refining your portfolio
  • Direct access to our wineries and brands
  • Proactive support throughout the supply process, from order to delivery
  • Training for your team and your customers’ teams
  • Presence at trade fairs and events to help generate additional sales
  • Successful placement in restaurants and specialist wine retail

By sourcing directly from the winery, Grape Collective creates short, transparent supply routes and clear, market-aligned pricing. This close relationship also gives us knowledge that goes well beyond product specifications. We share it with our customers and put it to work for their business, turning our partners’ origins and identities into compelling, relevant reasons to buy. Where possible, we offer regional exclusivity, giving customers another way to stand out in the market.

A strong voice in the market for our partners. Direct access to the people and stories behind the wines for our customers.

For Suppliers

Partnership
on equal terms.

Focusing on a selected group of partners is central to how Grape Collective works.

We build our portfolio deliberately around a shared understanding of partnership, with outstanding product quality as a prerequisite.

For our wineries and brands, we:

  • strengthen existing business relationships
  • identify relevant market opportunities
  • open up new distribution and sales channels
  • manage and develop key accounts
  • advise on strategy, positioning and activity in the market
  • create additional sales opportunities through our personal presence in the market

As an advocate for our partners, Grape Collective brings together a focused network of wineries and brands with different origins and strengths. Together with our customers, we bring the market’s perspective into the conversation.

Focus earns attention. Attention creates growth.

About Us

Market insight comes from
being close to the market.

Sound market insight begins with data and analysis. Its real value emerges when experience and close contact with the market help us understand what the numbers mean.

Founder Sebastian Mohr brings 25 years of experience in the international wine industry and a deep understanding of the German wine market, its sales channels, trade structures and decision-making processes.

Our personal presence in the market and ongoing dialogue with producers enable Grape Collective to spot opportunities early and act on them. Regular, structured reporting is an integral part of how we work with our partners and provides a sound basis for decisions we make together.

Staying close to the market leads to better decisions. Better decisions create sustainable growth.

Our Partners

Weingut Wohlmuth

For almost 200 years, our family has lived and worked high above the valley in Kitzeck im Sausal. Known for its extremes, this region produces remarkable wines.

Since 1803, our family winery in southern Styria has cultivated vineyards around Kitzeck im Sausal, Austria’s highest wine-growing village. Some of our vineyards are among the steepest in Europe, with slopes approaching 100 percent. Working them takes great effort and dedication. The exceptionally poor slate soils set the tone and give our wines their distinctive character.

Weingut Künstler

With a winemaking history dating back to 1648 and an extraordinary family story, Weingut Künstler in Hochheim is now one of the Rheingau’s most respected estates.

Gunter Künstler and his team combine an uncompromising commitment to quality with a close connection to nature. Between the Main, Rhine and Taunus, distinctive vineyard sites produce Riesling and Pinot Noir that express their origins and character. Living soils, selective hand harvesting and a sensitive approach in the cellar shape wines of harmony, depth and impressive ageing potential.

Carpe Noctem

A passion for the region inspired the idea of creating a distinctive premium Prosecco with a dry structure and fresh character, made using traditional methods with a personal touch.

The vineyards benefit from salty air from the nearby Adriatic and clay-rich soils containing calcium and magnesium, carried down from the Dolomites by the Piave River over centuries. To preserve the freshness and minerality of this terroir, the harvest was moved to the night. The approach proved so successful that Carpe Noctem 314 Prosecco was born in 2017.

Weingut Bäder

Katja and Jens Bäder began making wine together after completing their studies. Today, they organically farm around 13 hectares in western Rheinhessen under Bioland’s strict standards, focusing on Pinot varieties and Riesling.

Their fresh, juicy estate wines are a pleasure to drink, while single-vineyard wines such as Riesling “La Roche” and Pinot Noir “Rotenfels” show depth of character: pronounced minerality, fine structure and elegance.
